We will take to the Barcelona Culinary Hub samples of a couple of antioxidants from NatureSeal, a UK company that has developed natural additives that inhibit the oxidation and dehydration of fruits and vegetables. Next week we will go to this Escuela Superior de Gastronomía (with a business vision beyond the kitchens and a part of the University of Barcelona) with our little avocados in our suitcases and we will offer a class on R+D+i to the haute cuisine students.
