When they say “test tube”, what do you think about? The biology class in high school? In the chemistry teacher? In the next blood test that you haven’t done yet?
For us, test tubes are vehicles of good news. We have stored in them the first litres of our coldpressed avocado oil (a vibrant green) and we will also be taking samples of a couple of antioxidants from NatureSeal, a UK company that has developed natural additives that inhibit the oxidation and dehydration of fruit and vegetables, to the Barcelona Culinary Hub.
Next week we will go to that Escuela Superior de Gastronomía (with a business vision beyond the kitchens and a part of the University of Barcelona) with our little avocados in our suitcases and we will offer a class on R+D+i to the haute cuisine students.
Because one of our premises is to collaborate with centres in which innovation, research, sustainability and creativity shake up the classrooms… and that is something that happens a lot at Barcelona Culinary Hub.
If it is true that good perfume comes in small bottles, imagine the great things we will take to Barcelona 🙂
