With creativity and technique, 15 students from the ESHS have crafted extraordinary dishes (sweet, savory, and even illusions) for the 1st edition of The Avocado Guys 2023 Contest. The results have been incredible, and discovering the use of avocado in haute cuisine has been an eye-opener for both the students and the judges, who had a tough time deciding.

Congratulations to the winners: Macarena Casares, with her “sweet cheek pie”; Narjiss Ziani, with the “avochoco and orange semisphere”; Elena Ortiz, “avomisú”; Juan Atalaya, “rabbit à la royale of avochoco with quail egg at low temperature, truffle, and carrot puree with Avobutter”.
