Members of AREGALA visit Avolution Lab

Diego Silva, president of the Association of Gastronomic Restaurateurs of the Americas and the World (AREGALA), along with other members of the organization, have visited the Escuela Superior de Hostelería in Seville and Avolution Lab.

Niklas, Juan, and Macarena, our R&D team; the director of the ESHS, Iñaki Echeveste; and the head chef, Fermín López, have welcomed the AREGALA delegation, who expressed their congratulations for the space.

We have already established initial contacts so that the Association can join our Lab and begin exploring the development of projects with a global and borderless philosophy (two of the principles that are in our DNA).
