Teachers from Poland and Belgium experience the ‘Avolution Lab Effect’

As part of the Erasmus+ program—an initiative by the European Union that provides the opportunity to send or host staff for teaching or professional development activities—teachers from Poland and Belgium have visited the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla.

Of course, they have approached our Lab and have been amazed by the products that our R&D team is developing: pickles, ferments, energy bars… They couldn’t believe it! That’s what we call the ‘Avolution Lab Effect’ (when you enter you’re one, and when you leave, you can’t wait to come back).

Every year, around 30 foreign teachers visit the ESHS for a stay, as it is one of the most renowned centers in Europe for face-to-face training in hospitality and tourism.
