The Dominican Academy of Gastronomy Joins Avolution Lab

We’re excited to announce that the President of the Dominican Academy of Gastronomy, Luis Ros, has visited the Lab and has signed a framework agreement of collaboration with us.

Among other aspects, the agreement encompasses developing a broad collaboration manifested in the execution of common activities such as projects and events; organizing, promoting, and conducting seminars, conferences, and any other type of events related to sustainable agriculture, food innovation, and healthy eating in the Dominican Republic.
