Many of the good (and glorious) voyages in history have started with a goal on the radar and several setbacks to overcome along the way.
There are those who sought the spice route to India and ended up on the island of La Española (in the late 15th century) and we started at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería in Seville and the road, the enthusiasm and the contagious energy of the talent of the hotel schools has taken us literally halfway across the country.
In Madrid we visited the Universidad Complutense, the European University and IFEMA. In the Basque Country we arrived at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Bilbao and the Basque Culinary Center, in Galicia we landed at the Escuela de Hostelería de Santiago de Compostela and in Aragón we stopped at the Escuela de Hostelería de Huesca.
What for? To deliver boxes of avocado to this centres that want to incorporate its use in creative haute cuisine dishes.
