We continue to expand the network of institutions that collaborate with AvolutionLab and this time we have reached Italy, specifically Naples, with a collaboration agreement with the Istituto Tecnico Industriale Augusto Righi.
One of their Biotechnology students, Fabio Plata, will come to our headquarters in Seville for a month to develop his work experience thanks to the Erasmus+ programme.
Fabio’s work will be based on food innovation related to zero waste and the use of avocado seeds and skin.
For us, it continues to be essential to support eduction and new generations, who are increasingly aware of the need to achieve a positive impact on the gastronomic sector, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and the UN 2030 Agenda.
