Avolution Lab at the Institute of Fat

Today, a significant representation from our Lab visited the Institute of Fat, part of the Higher Council for Scientific Research, to explore aspects of mutual interest in the culinary and industrial use of avocado.

Iñaki Echeveste and Fermín López, director and head chef of the Superior School of Hospitality in Seville respectively; Elena Boza, nutritionist from Avolution Lab; and Enrique García, CEO of The Avocado Guys, met with María Victoria Ruiz, Diego L. García, and Manolo Jaren Galán.
