A few days ago Eatex Food Innovation Hub by CNTA (the innovation hub of the National Centre for Food Technology and Safety) organised a workshop on new opportunities for the processed vegetable industry.
Besides going with our sauces we talked about the flours we are making from avocado seeds, the liqueurs from its peel, the cold pressed oilthe new line of AVORECA (in collaboration with División de Hostelería de Calvo) and with educational centres.
In a very dynamic day, we have exchanged scopes and assumed our mistakes but, above all, we have celebrated all that we have achieved (and continue to achieve) every day.
We were also happy to listen to and learn from the companies in the vegetable processing sector that were there. It was a very intense and great day and we hope to repeat it as soon as possible.
