Guess who’s celebrating Avolution Lab’s arrival in the United States? We are!
We have signed a collaboration agreement with the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, Minnesota, to continue working on innovation in food and sustainability and to fulfil our commitment to education.
The United States is one of the countries that is betting on the concept of natural foods, with more than 35% of consumers following this trend, as well as on plant-based products, allergen-free products, superfoods (such as avocado and its oil) and brands whose storytelling demonstrates responsibility towards society and the environment.
That is why we thought it was more than appropriate that one of their students, Jackson Kubitschek-Myers, could do his internship with us, understanding how our project can also be inspiring on the other side of the planet.
