We didn’t know we had a Basque cousin until we went to the Basque Food Laboratory, the research lab of Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Bilbao, where innovation in food is an everyday thing.
Knowing this, and that the Basques love the tropical vibe, we will work with them to develop other original, edible and very different projects.
So, another school that we add to the winning pot of talent!
