So we have travelled to Bari, Puglia (in the south of Italy), to get to know the work of Amenduni Nicola Spa, a world leader in the manufacture of equipment for the extraction of vegetable oils (such as avocado, olive and many more).
Amenduni is the only company in the sector that covers from raw material production (special steels for centrifuges, turbines, nuclear, medical, etc.) to global solutions for the extraction of vegetable oils.
With their export manager, Riccardo Stillavati, we have visited the impressive machinery park and started to take the first steps for a collaboration that will make the world of avocado oil gain in quality and technification, which will result in an overall upgrade for producers, industry and consumers.
