Avolution Lab at the #FutureMarket of Food 4 Future

We started the week exhausted but happy… Very happy!, because in the last few days we have participated in extraordinary events.

We have dressed as serious and elegant people to share space with 20 other startups from the world of foodtech and present everything we do at Avolution Lab, during the Future Market of Food 4 Future Expo Foodtech, in Bilbao.

Three days non-stop talking about Avoguys sauces, the Avoreca project, partnerships, research in food innovation. Even how we help zero waste by making avocado seed flour, extracting high-quality oil or giving a second life to avocados that are the size of an egg (and a lot of dignity).

We have also participated in a business round and we have been finalists. Imagine if this was not important that the CEO has even missed the Seville Fair, but he has eaten some pintxos of fable (one thing for another, boss).
