At AvolutionLab, we are creating the first avocado pickles

Developing new products, always with avocado as the basic raw material, is a mission that excites us and one that we are putting into practice.

Our first research is focused on the creation of “date” avocado pickles; a much smaller fruit, without seed and with a shape reminiscent of a pickle.

A team from the Superior School of Hospitality in Seville is already working in the R&D laboratory.
