US students learn recipes with avocado

Students from the international CEA CAPA program (with a strong focus on academic quality and high impact practices to prepare students personally and professionally) have visited AvolutionLab.
Our nutritionist, Elena Boza, and the R&D team of the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla have been able to teach them recipes with avocado and with the products of our partners, as well as exchange ideas about the benefits of this fruit and the functioning of the value chain.
