We’re Launching Avoreca at HIP

During the upcoming edition of HIP (Hospitality Innovation Planet), which, like every year, will showcase the keys to success to entrepreneurs and professionals in the HORECA sector, Avolution Lab will present Avoreca, a new generation of sauces made with avocado in collaboration with the canned food company Calvo.

This is a unique project that combines the nutritional and gastronomic benefits of two fundamental ingredients: tuna and avocado.
