Avolution Lab becomes the only company developing frozen products with avocado as the main ingredient to be part of Frozen Espa\u00f1a<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

And we take the opportunity to ask you, have you seen any frozen proposals where avocado is the main ingredient? We have! We are reimagining typical frozen products like croquettes, nuggets, dumplings or burgers. These proposals are the result of our 4 pillars: innovation in food, healthy eating, sustainability, and food waste reduction.<\/p>\n\n

This R&D line had already begun with the creation of alternatives to traditional mayonnaises, butters and cocoa creams, which we carried out in collaboration with the company Desarrollos Saludables Tagma. <\/p>\n\n

Back to the frozen food sections in large supermarkets\u2014where there\u2019s something for everyone and the range of options is increasingly diverse, interesting, and natural\u2014Frozen Espa\u00f1a Association has launched the second phase of the \u2018Yes to Frozen\u2019 campaign to help consumers and kitchen professionals learn about the benefits and versatility of these products.<\/p>\n\n

One of the goals is to eliminate misconceptions about frozen foods and highlight their key role in reducing food waste, maintaining nutritional durability and making it easier for consumers to access seasonal foods year-round. <\/p>\n\n

The initiative is supported by all the associated companies in the sector, nutrition experts, and chefs, who will contribute with informative content, recipes, and tips for making the most of frozen products.<\/p>\n\n
