If there is one international stage where gastronomic talent has made itself known and has been able to become a force for change, it has been Madrid Fusi\u00f3n Alimentos de Espa\u00f1a<\/a>, which is celebrating its 23rd anniversary presenting everyone what goes on in the kitchens and the imagination of the greatest chefs. <\/p>\n\n

On this path of continuing to \u2018shake\u2019 minds, Madrid Fusi\u00f3n Dreams<\/a> #spainfoodtechnation<\/strong> was created in 2024, a space in which gastronomy, nutrition, technology, innovation and foodtech embraced to imagine the future of food from a promising present. <\/p>\n\n

And in this year’s programme, on Tuesday 28th at 10.00, our dear CEO, Enrique Garcia Gavira, will be on stage sharing a round table in which AI will be the common thread in the creation of new foods. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In this sense, we have a lot to tell, especially because in our few years of life, we have invested a lot of time in researching, finding and concluding that the world of avocado can be transformative and beneficial socially, economically, environmentally, nutritionally and, of course, gastronomically. <\/p>\n\n

We have created sauces that last 2 years without refrigeration, devised solutions to take advantage of avocados that do not make it to the supermarket shelves, alternatives to extend their life and preserve their qualities intact, frozen products, a unique cold-pressed avocado oil and we have even eaten skins and seeds.<\/p>\n\n

Throughout this journey we have been accompanied by AI, of course, but above all by a special human capital which, at the end of the day, is the real engine of change and which, as in the beginnings of Madrid Fusi\u00f3n Alimentos de Espa\u00f1a, decided to go for \u2018creative freedom, the will to change, rebellion, daring to break the rules or generosity to share advances and discoveries\u2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
