A few days ago Eatex Food Innovation Hub by CNTA<\/a> (the innovation hub of the National Centre for Food Technology and Safety) organised a workshop on new opportunities for the processed vegetable industry. <\/p>\n\n

Besides going with our sauces<\/a> we talked about the flours we are making from avocado seeds, the liqueurs from its peel, the cold pressed oil<\/a>the new line of AVORECA<\/a> (in collaboration with Divisi\u00f3n de Hosteler\u00eda de Calvo) and with educational centres. <\/p>\n\n

In a very dynamic day, we have exchanged scopes and assumed our mistakes but, above all, we have celebrated all that we have achieved (and continue to achieve) every day. <\/p>\n\n

We were also happy to listen to and learn from the companies in the vegetable processing sector that were there. It was a very intense and great day and we hope to repeat it as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n
