During the upcoming edition of HIP<\/a> (Hospitality Innovation Planet), which, like every year, will showcase the keys to success to entrepreneurs and professionals in the HORECA sector, Avolution Lab will present Avoreca<\/a><\/strong>, a new generation of sauces made with avocado in collaboration with the canned food company Calvo<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

This is a unique project that combines the nutritional and gastronomic benefits of two fundamental ingredients: tuna and avocado. <\/p>\n\n
